I live in Savage, MN with my husband and three children. I have been married for almost nine years. My husband works for Verizon Wireless as a System Performance Engineer. Since graduating from college (Moorhead State and the U of M ) I have been teaching in the field of Deaf/Hard of hearing. I was employed with District 287 (in Plymouth) for the last nine years - with some time off for childcare leave. I just resigned my position to be home full time with my three kids. Our oldest daughter, Abby is soon to be 6 years old and entering first grade this fall. Our middle daughter, Jenna is soon to be 4 years old and continuing with preschool this fall. Our youngest is Andrew who is 18 months old. I am more than busy these days but I am thrilled to be home with my kids. I plan on heading back to teaching in a few years...we will see how that goes!
We enjoy spending time with friends and family. My sisters still live in the metro area and my parents live in Willmar, MN about 2 hours away. My husband's sister and her husband live in Spicer, MN so we are lucky enough to see our families often. So far this summer we have managed a couple of camping trips up north- otherwise our time is spent running kids around to their activities.
